In this position, you will mainly support the areas of training design, trainer management and planning and ensure the implementation of our training courses together with your colleagues.
The specific tasks include:
- Organization of the bi-monthly virtual trainer meeting
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations and modification of existing ones
- Support with scientific research on current training topics
- Support in other administrative activities, such as managing the feedback tool for determining the NPS, as well as support in providing training material for the trainers
- Support in setting up a digital application for trainer data, trainer profiles and trainer inquiries as a central communication tool
- Support with knowledge management and process recording in Confluence and the process management tool ProX
- (University degree in psychology, human factors and / or education with a keen interest in human factors or CRM
- Very good German and English language skills and empathetic approach to trainer and, if necessary, customer contact
- High level of commitment and initiative, enjoy working independently
- Strong team orientation, empathy, creativity and solution-oriented way of working
