Among other things, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for the management, technical control and optimisation of the work and process flow within the assigned area of responsibility and for dealing with topics of strategic importance
  • Responsible for the disciplinary management, development, promotion and qualification of the assigned group of employees
  • Responsible for the realisation of sales targets including cost targets, responsible for the result in the assigned region
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the respective customer groups
  • Taking on cross-divisional coordination and initiating and implementing process optimisations 
  • Advising customers on transport solutions and preparing customised offers

What you bring with you:

  • Completed university degree relevant to the job or knowledge and skills equivalent to those required for the job through relevant training and professional experience
  • Many years of relevant professional experience, especially in sales and management experience
