- Vendor and cost accounting as well as direct contact and cooperation with Intercompany Suppliers and Business Units
- Posting incoming intercompany invoices in compliance with the policies and procedures (both for finance and purchase order documents)
- Handling of approval process for incoming documents
- Acting as a main point of contact for the suppliers and building the good relationship between the suppliers and our client
- Monitoring and reconciling open positions on vendor, customer and G/L interim accounts
- Taking active part in MEC/QEC/YEC preparation and performance of closing tasks
- Posting and resolving of MEC/YEC provisions and accruals
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

- To join us you need the Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
- We highly appreciate minimum 2 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting, General Ledger or 3 years of experience in Accounts Payables (Purchase-to-Pay)
- You feel quite confident in speaking English. Your communication, both oral and written, is conducted in a professional manner
- German language knowledge would be an asset for our company
- You feel confident in practice of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- If you already have the SAP knowledge your introduction will be even more efficient
- Flexibility and adaptability
- You feel good when you cooperate in a team, but when needed, you can also conduct your individual tasks independently
- You understand that it is crucial to work systematically and respond to client and suppliers quickly and efficiently
- Thanks to your highly developed analytical and conceptual mindset, you can easily work with high volume data
