Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Preparation of VAT (IVA) returns, setting parameters for correct VAT processing in Spain
  • Supervising flow of incoming invoices to the companies off shore accounting centers
  • Setting correct Spanish accounting parameters for the off shore accounting centers
  • Credit and payment control tasks in cooperation with accounting center
  • Coordinating annual closing of accounts duties
  • Executing checks within the companies internal control and compliance system
  • Assisting in reconciliation of accounts
  • Basic treasury tasks with the companies selected banks
  • Assisting in sales accounting
  • Assitsing in the production of financial statements
  • Ensuring accounting compliance and supporting migration to e/billing platforms

The ideal Finance Expert should meet the following requirements:

  • General Accounting Education
  • 3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting or Taxation
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish language skills required
  • Knowledge of German desirable
  • Accounting qualification and experience
  • Good digital skills
  • Strong team work ability and good, clear structured communication
  • Flexibilty
  • Experience in aviation industry is an advantage
