  • Provide administrative support to Group IT management during the RfP (Request for Proposal) process and contract renewal or implementation phase for IT suppliers
  • Develop and maintain an IT catalogue for license capacity management and contract renewals, as well as Purchase Orders
  • Prepare and provide a regular license requirement forecast according to global staff planning 
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute IT reports with a financial and compliance focus
  • Prepare monthly analysis and presentation summary of major invoices (e.g., voice and data contract) 
  • Administer and distribute all current IT processes and guidelines
  • Process and document adjustments to the LIT Service Portfolio (MACDs) in cooperation with Group IT Business Support, IT Advanced Services and Vendors
  • Assist stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support decision-making

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of financial management principles
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid working knowledge of procurement & contractual processes, process & document management
  • Knowledge of Service Centre technology such as Genesys, Citrix etc. is advantage
  • General familiarity with IT systems & infrastructure
  • Very high proficiency in English language (both written & verbal) 
  • Proven outstanding ability to summarise large amounts of information into concise reports
  • Excellent numerical & analytical skills to effectively interpret & deliver financial data for tangible recommendations with a high attention to detail
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Strong organisational & time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills to build relationships & facilitate effective collaboration
  • Flexible, proactive & self-motivated approach
