The Successful Candidate will drive business performance through the appropriate implementation of HR initiatives. Areas of impact include resourcing, employee relations, reward, compliance of people policies, performance/productivity, development and employee benefits.

Core Tasks of the Role, but not limited to:

  • Resourcing - Understanding of market needs and product/service offering and ensure strong candidate fit  - Full ownership of the recruitment process including administration and reporting
  • Employee Relations - Supporting, guiding, educating line managers and chairing enquiries such as Performance and Sick Management, Behaviour, Incapacity, Counselling, etc
  • People Development - Ensuring continious process development and design, roll out and faciliate HR relvant learning interventions
  • HR Administration including Employee Benefits - Admninistering of employee benefits, HR documents, HR Reporting, etc 
  • Staff Engagement and Retention Initiatives - Involved in people enagement and retention initiatives aided to enhance organisational effectiveness

  • Qualification in Human Reource Management and/or 5 Years experienc ein the Human Resource Field
  • 5+ years experience in as a HR Generalist/Consultant/Pratitioner - preferably in a Contact Centre Environment
  • Extensive knowledge on BCEA;LRA; EEA and applicable acts
  • Demonstrated experience in providing people solutions across the full suite of  Human Resource managerial disciplines
  • Proven capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multi tsking and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills essential
  • Good relationship builder with positive disposition
