The Compliance Manager develops, implements, and maintains controls for internal compliance policies (ISO27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS) to ensure adherence to Brussels Airlines Compliance Policy and international standards. They also support business units in creating and maintaining compliance with these policies, minimizing risks.

As a Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the compliance on ISMS (ISO27001), PCI-DSS, internal procurement policies and GDPR in your respective area (IT or GOPS).
Support and Advise Internal Stakeholders:
- Assist IT, Ground Operations, and business units in defining and implementing compliance controls.
- Monitor control execution and manage corrective actions when needed.
- Provide advice on improving existing controls.
Support Third-Party Suppliers and Contractors:
Develop and Maintain Compliance Standards:
- Conduct gap analyses and ensure policy completeness.
- Guide IT and Ground Operations in compliance procedures and perform quality assurance.
Audits:
- Prepare and lead audits and compliance verifications.
Reporting:
- Present compliance results to senior management and provide compliance KPIs to stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus.
- 2-5 years in IT, Information Security, GOPS, or compliance.
- Familiarity with GRC tools and understanding of GDPR/PCI regulations.
- ISO27001 Lead Implementer certification is a plus.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to create memos and reports for senior management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO27001 regulations and auditing experience.
- Interest in information security and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and analytical expertise.
- Organized, solution-oriented, with discretion and resilience.
- Fluent in English; French understanding preferred.
