  • Zadania w obrębie administracji personalnej związane z przyjęciem i odejściem pracowników
  • Prowadzenie bazy danych pracowników w Success Factors
  • Zadania w zakresie ewidencji czasu pracy (czas pracy, nieobecności itp.)
  • Wsparcie w przygotowaniu wypłat
  • Obsługa wewnętrznych wniosków, aplikacji, zmian organizacyjnych, dokumentów zatrudnienia i przepływu informacji oraz wsparcie pracowników firmy w kwestiach dotyczących administracji personalnej
  • Obsługa benefitów dla pracowników
  • Pomoc dla cudzoziemców w sprawach administracyjnych

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki HR, ekonomiczne lub pokrewne)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2)
  • Min. rok doświadczenia w obszarze administracji kadrowej 
  • Umiejętność obsługi Windows i MS Office
  • Bardzo dobre zdolności komunikacyjne
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Systematyczność i dokładność
  • Proaktywność i zaangażowanie
