You are keen on applying all your theoretical knowledge on Human Resource Management in practical experience? Here at Lufthansa Group Business Services, we are looking for you as a dedicated and motivated intern for the Human Resources department of the Western Europe region.
You will get the opportunity to learn more about the complete life cycle of an employee while accompanying relevant steps in HR-administration.
Your tasks will include:
- Assistance of our HR-colleagues in their day-to-day business in administering and managing employees and managers in the whole lifecycle from employment to exit
- Issuing of contracts, certificates of employment and other HR-documents
- Involvement in operational staff management tasks and special topics incl. communication, exchange and alignment with international business partners and colleagues
- Participation in HR-projects and special tasks
- Preparation of evaluations and presentations

To apply for this internship, you must currently be studying at least in the third semester.
- You are studying one of the following or any similar studies: economics and business studies, law, communication or political sciences, psychology or other cultural and social studies
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
- Good skills in MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Word)
- Advanced German and English language skills
- Experience with HR-management desirable but not mandatory
- Very good comprehension, communication skills, organizational talent, analytical thinking, initiative, independent working style, ability to work in a team and high service and detail orientation
