  • In case of FORWARD: creates/updates master records /performs key mapping /errors processing in SAP HANA
  • In case of Master Data: receives master data requests electronically and processes them according to existing working instructions and applicable country specific work instructions of the customer
  • In case of Cargo Master Data: receives master data requests for new or update of existing customers from Credit Management Team and processes them according to existing working instructions and applicable country specific work instructions of the customer; quality assurance of master data cross various systems, e.g. SAP, KDB, iCargo, OneCRM, SAP

For all process:

  • Prepares routine documents for providers/customers out of the system
  • Updates instructions according to client requirements
  • Makes sure that in his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained
  • Takes part in projects leaded to improvements and stabilization
  • Supports migration processes 

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

  • Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience for Accountant position
  • Good command of all Windows applications knowledge about end to end process
  • Any professional experience in corporate environment will be and asset for Junior Accountant position
