As a part of the development team, you will work closely with our colleagues, customers, and partners to ensure that our transport management system stays cutting-edge, and that we fully automate all processes for order booking, status updates, reporting, invoicing etc.

 

As a Software Developer you will be responsible for the development of our TMS. You will have the opportunity to drive your own smaller projects, as well as be a part of bigger projects with team members from other departments.

  • Responsible for maintaining and optimizing our transport management system as well as developing exciting new features
  • Develop APIs and EDI connections to integrate our customers and partners with the goal to exchange data as fast and as reliable as possible
  • Find smart solutions to automize our operational and financial processes together with the IT Solution Engineers and the actual end users
  • Take part in project planning and time estimation of work packages

Spare Parts Logistics is a department within time:matters focusing on tailormade logistics networks based on our company operated flight network seamlessly connected to our local last-mile providers in the countries we serve.

 

We have built our TMS with Microsoft Technology Stack. We are getting ready to move into the Microsoft Azure environment which will help us improve maintenance, and better tools for CD/CI and DevOps. Besides the sheer fun of working with newer technologies.

  • Solid background in programming C# and .Net solutions
  • Accustomed to write structured and efficient code
  • Believes that good code includes automated testing
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases (preferably MS SQL)
  • Good understanding of APIs
  • Comfortable with documentation of the code and functionality
  • Experience of frontend development (Angular/Vue.JS/HTML/JavaScript/CSS or similar)
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CD/CI is a bonus
