Record to Report Tax Specialist position focuses on:
- Tax support and cooperation with various stakeholders
- Control and analysis of selected tax accounts
- Ensuring VAT/GST/WHT transactional compliance and reporting
- Fostering Tax knowledge among the organization
- Supporting tax audits and ad hoc matters
Key functional responsibilities:
- Preparing tax returns filling in various jurisdictions on a timely manner and initiating Tax payments if necessary
- Performing control checks to identify errors and anomalies on transactions
- Supporting the management with financial aspects and risk assessment, resolving problems and difficult issues by implementing new solutions
- Supporting various departments (mainly centers in Poland, Philippines, Mexico) on tax matters
- Assistance for tax reviews and statutory audits purposes
- Improving processes in collaboration with Process Owner, other Process Managers and Employees
- Tax accounts analysis
- Prepare & conduct necessary trainings from VAT area for Colleagues from LGBS located in Poland and Philippines
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

- University diploma: Finance & Accounting or Law
- At least 3 years’ experience in Tax area (practical knowledge)
- Knowledge of Foreign VAT reimbursement procedures (8/13 Directive VAT refunds)
- Practical knowledge of accounting/financial reporting
- Tax declaration knowledge
- VAT Expertise (Poland, Germany, European Union)
- WHT Expertise
- SAP FI experience
- Very good command of English
- Strong co-operation skills
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills)
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Customer orientation
